Here are some pics of our farm. All the barns, chicken house, smoke house, garage, shop and farm house were all built around 1945 using timber from our land. There are some very cool items around here. It has a nice history, including the small cemetery we have on top of a nearby hill on the property. We were told there are 5 graves up there. We can only see 4 headstones and only one of them is readable. It is Sarah T. Moore, born October 17, 1835, died January 19, 1912. Near the farm house we are living in while we build, there are a chicken house and a smokehouse for smoking meats. The smokehouse is now a pool house. (multipurpose) The barn is one of my favorites on the land just because of the craftsmanship that was put into it. It was used for the milk cows and the loft is wide open with an arched roof.
